We’d like to say a big thank you to all our customers and suppliers who have helped us to make this year, a special year for National Maintenance.
2019 has been an eventful year in many ways for all the team, it has seen us launch as a National Maintenance service covering more areas across the UK, and we have also been able to offer even more services to our customers.

New ways to support our customers
Planned, reactive and emergency maintenance services have always been the ‘bread and butter’ of what we offer at National Maintenance. But this year we have increased the type of services that we provide including more plumbing and heating services through the continual investment in the training of our team and legionella risk assessments.

We now cover more areas than before
Our commitment to delivering a National Maintenance business has increased this year with our team covering more areas than before. There are now more areas across the Midlands, East Anglia and the North that we can deliver our planned, reactive and emergency maintenance services.
Quality of service is really important to us and the whole team works to our values of ‘Do more, please more’.

We’ve been investing in our team
This year we’ve been investing further into the training of our team.
Congratulations to Ben Drabble who has renewed his gas license and we can now offer even more gas and heating services to our customers (link to blog)
We’re also keen to ensure that the mental health and well-being of our team is looked after, our Office Manager Hollie Booth is now a Mental Health First Aider. It is important to us that the team know that Hollie is there for them to speak too and also for those that finder it harder to express their feelings, Hollie is there to detect the early signs of poor mental health and stress.
We are a business built on the strength of our team and our shared values.
Our chosen charity
Some of you may be aware that it has been a difficult year for me and my wife Donna on a personal level. Our youngest son contracted meningitis earlier this year, thankfully the signs were caught early enough which has meant that he has made a full recovery. Unfortunately, not all families are so fortunate which is why we have chosen to support the charity Meningitis Now.
We are working closely with the charity on ways to raise money and awareness of the work and research that they do into reducing the risk of meningitis for other families.

Supporting a team with shared values
We’re excited to share the news that this year we’re the proud sponsors of Basford United Football Club.
Basford United, based in Basford, Nottingham are currently in the Premier Division of the Northern Premier League. With a loyal fan base, the team achieve a crowd of over 600 supporters to each of their games. And it’s not just their performance that wins the support, they’re also a team built on a foundation of positive values and a determination to follow their dreams.
